These terms govern your use of swatitpest.com and the pest control services provided by Swat It! Pest Control (“Swat It!”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or booking service, you agree to them.

Website use

The content on this site is for general information about pests and our services. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection. Do not copy or reuse site content without permission.

Quotes and scheduling

Online and phone estimates are based on the information you provide and may change after an inspection. Appointment times are estimates; we will contact you if a technician is delayed.

Service agreements

Recurring service plans, warranties and guarantees are governed by the written service agreement or invoice you receive, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Your responsibilities

Provide safe access to the areas to be treated and tell us about pets, children, allergies, aquariums or other sensitive conditions.
Follow the preparation and re-entry instructions your technician gives you.
Correct conditions that support pests (moisture, food sources, entry points) where reasonably possible.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your invoice or service agreement. Unpaid balances may suspend recurring service.

Satisfaction guarantee

If pests covered by your service return between scheduled visits, contact us and we will re-treat at no additional charge, subject to the terms of your service agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Swat It! is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.
